This box is meant for holding the ashes of a loved and lost pet and as it should be it is made very well. The price to quality comparison make it a great value and I have no doubt that this little box will endure over time. I especially like the way the picture frame area is secured with a magnet and the sliding door on the back of the box is secured with a screw so the remains aren't easily accessed. Overall I'm very pleased with what I purchased and the engraving is very well done.
The quality of the engraving is excellent. However, I entered several blank spaces after typing my date of birth to create space for date if death. Instead of creating space to the right of date od birth, the date of birth was located in the center of the birth-death line. Very disappointed.
The urn was already beautiful but the engraving took it to the next level of beautiful. My mother would certainly have loved it! I think she did!

The Cremation Photo Urn in Natural Wood is for myself as part of my pre-planning program, It matches my late wife's urn which is what I wanted. I am
disappointed with the engraving. Due to the fact the urn is for me, the date of birth should have been located left of center to allow a date of death to be added on the right side at a later date. When I placed my order and entered the date of my birth, I entered several blank spaces on the same line to allow room for the date of death to be added where the blank spaces were. Your website appeared to accept those blank spaces as I hit my space bar several times on my computer keyboard. Unfortunately, the date of birth was engraved in the center. Disappointed. Other than that, I like the urn.

What I received looked nothing like the picture on their website. The box was all red/mauve with zero "rosemary". I know marble can vary but it would be nice if they would show these variations in the product description so buyers could make an informed decision and not have to pay for shipping to return. Very disappointed and I chose to buy elsewhere.

I really like the keepsake urn except that the one I received doesn't have nearly enough blue as I would've liked. It has more gray and black than anything. Other than that, I feel like it's very unique and no one else has one exactly like mine.

I like this urn. The only complaint is that the string or ribbon is inappropriate for the pendant. It is hard to feed through the hole in the pendant.
