COVID-19
OneWorld Memorials and the COVID-19 virus
OneWorld Memorials has taken the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus very seriously and has implemented steps to protect our employees and continue to serve our customers with the same outstanding level of care that is expected of us. Additionally, we will continue to offer low prices and maintain our generous discounts where possible.
Will OneWorld Memorials continue to ship orders?
Our fulfillment operations are up and running, and our plans are to continue that way. Orders are shipping on time and if anything changes in this regard, you will be called or notified by email with an update. A banner in the header of our website and revisions to this page will announce any company wide interruptions to service.
Will my order be delayed due to inventory disruption?
When we are out of stock of any item it will say so on the website and you will be unable to make a purchase.
Our warehouse and shipping area are large and there is generous space between the staff. Our fulfillment process is efficient enough for just a few people to handle, so there is no crowding and the warehouse has excellent ventilation. It is our policy that if anyone gets infected or sick that they are required to take paid leave.
Since the spread of the virus is happening at an alarming rate, we are not able to predict the restrictions that state or federal government may put in place during the coming weeks, so we are monitoring the situation closely as it develops. We hope you and your family stay safe and follow the CDC Guidelines and those of the World Health Organization.
